·Assistance:
ELIOTE equipments have AVID insurance contract which guaranty a regular hardware and software update.

·Hotline:
ELIOTE provides assistance around the clock anywhere on its equipment (24H 7/7days), including spare equipment if needed.

·General equipment rental conditions:
1 rental week means 6 days billed and Sunday free. Our price includes delivery in Paris and borrows, equipment installation and set up (for 5 days rental minimum without the 7% of insurance).
For longer rental as 1 week please ask for a personalised estimation to our commercial service

· Flexible rental:
ELIOTE gives the possibility of changing short-term rentals to longer ones (for example 18, 24 or 36 months) as:
- Best competitive prices
- Updated equipment - Hotline 7/7days 24Hours
- Possibility of bridging loan (only long term period)
- Possibility of buying back equipments at the end of the rental period
